• At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Native level English required; bilingual English-Japanese is a big plus
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a diverse and inclusive environment
• Proactive, entrepreneurial thinker comfortable with fast‑paced change and new challenges
