Manufacturing Test Engineer – Diagnostics software tools development
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Test Engineer/Diagnostics Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying test solutions for complex electronics in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be able to do:

• Diagnostic Test Creation:In direct collaboration with the software development team, you will develop the essential diagnostic software required for comprehensive product functional testing. Your work will be crucial for identifying and isolating failures efficiently during production.

The minimum requirements we seek:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing test engineering, test development, or production engineering, using Python
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence or a similar system for tracking inputs/results.
• Strong hands-on experience with testing, diagnostics, and debugging complex electronic hardware (e.g., servers, compute modules, or similar systems).

Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test for high-performance compute or complex electronic systems.
• Proven experience architecting test processes and successfully transferring them from a lab environment to a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Experience in a bare metal and RTOS environment is a plus
• Direct experience working with and managing external manufacturing partners (ODMs/CMs).
• Proficiency in developing data logging systems, working with databases, and creating data analysis tools.
• Experience in developing test-related user interfaces.
• Highly collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work effectively across a broad range of engineering teams.
• Test Plan Development:Plus if you have experience creating detailed, end-to-end test plans. These plans will serve as the blueprint for the factory, ensuring the production line flow is efficient, test coverage is thorough, and all processes are perfectly aligned with product requirements and quality standards.
