After School Group Leader-Part-Time – Portola Valley, CA

Location:

Portola Valley Area Elementary Schools

Schedule:

Must be available Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 6 pm

• $21-$25/hour (pay is based on education and experience)
• Employee referral program – up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer

As an Alpha

BEST Group Leader, you’ll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children’s sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students’ interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
