Base Pay Range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Define and own the product roadmap based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing improvements.
- Partner with engineering and design to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features that drive user engagement and revenue.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuously looking for ways to improve the product experience.
- Clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products through the full lifecycle in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to define product vision and strategy while also focusing on execution and delivery.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, enabling you to work closely with engineering teams.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed product decisions.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
