Responsibilities- Learn quickly the scientific, operational, and external‑facing facets of Gondola programs.
- Set, prioritize, and manage milestones and deliverables for team members in one or more Gondola programs.
- Coordinate team meetings and delegate tasks to technical experts within the projects.
- Interpret, collate, and communicate key data findings succinctly to senior management.
- Identify problems, locate the necessary resources, and find data‑driven solutions independently of supervision.
- Own and shape the business plan, scientific plan, strategy, budget, and more for value‑driving subsidiaries.
- Perform competitive intelligence, NPV modeling, and manage industry relationships.
- Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams toward excellence.
- Advanced degree from a top‑tier academic institution or scientific undergraduate degree with commensurate work experience.
- Strategic planning, operations, and program management experience in a biotech startup or top‑tier pharma.
- Management consulting or banking experience from a top‑tier firm.
- Strong understanding of molecular biology, chemistry, translational medicine, and clinical development.
- Ability to distill complex issues into clear business/financial insights.

Compensation
Base pay range: $200,000 – $295,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. A bonus plan and equity will also be offered.
