As a member of the Business Solutions team, you will play an important role in how Advanzia collaborates across departments and supports business growth in a fast‑changing environment.

• Collect, analyse and evaluate various and complex business requirements as part of projects and/or change initiatives
• Provide end‑to‑end business solution proposals and recommendations for implementation according to your analysis, including technical solution design aligned with delivery and architecture teams
• Prepare, coordinate and support the implementation phase hand in hand with the delivery team (developers, testers and IT)
• Collaborate closely with project managers, other internal stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and external partners
• Perform feasibility studies and in‑depth assessments for new strategic projects and business initiatives
• Identify and recommend best practices for automation and standardisation to enhance and optimise business processes

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or computer science and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong practical knowledge in requirements engineering or product management, combined with expertise in functional solution and process design
• Knowledge of banking/payment platforms or API‑driven processes
• Practical experience working with agile or lean methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is an asset
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus
