We are seeking an experienced, results‑oriented strategy practitioner to join HP’s Print Strategy & Planning team. This role reports to the Senior Director and Head of Print Strategy as part of HP Global Strategy.

• Analyze market research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations.
• Develop 1‑5 year strategy recommendations on where to play and how to win.
• Create short‑term plans and levers to optimize business and financial performance.
• Structure analytical approaches and develop project guidelines, objectives, strategies, deliverables, and tactics.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and communications to ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
• Consult with business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and new growth opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding knowledge in strategy analysis.
• Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy with corporate objectives.

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8‑10 years of experience, preferably 3‑4+ in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
• Top‑tier consulting experience highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and act independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business acumen across at least two business units.
• Relationship building and partnership skills.
• Capability to conduct impact analysis and use leading‑edge analytical tools.

Base pay: USD $176,900 – $230,850 annually (U.S. candidates). Bonus and equity may apply.
