The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, results‑oriented strategy practitioner to join HP’s Print Strategy & Planning team. This role reports to the Senior Director and Head of Print Strategy as part of HP Global Strategy.
Responsibilities- Analyze market research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations.
- Develop 1‑5 year strategy recommendations on where to play and how to win.
- Create short‑term plans and levers to optimize business and financial performance.
- Structure analytical approaches and develop project guidelines, objectives, strategies, deliverables, and tactics.
- Manage cross‑functional teams and communications to ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Consult with business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and new growth opportunities.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding knowledge in strategy analysis.
- Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy with corporate objectives.
- Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8‑10 years of experience, preferably 3‑4+ in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
- Top‑tier consulting experience highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and act independently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Business acumen across at least two business units.
- Relationship building and partnership skills.
- Capability to conduct impact analysis and use leading‑edge analytical tools.

Base pay: USD $176,900 – $230,850 annually (U.S. candidates). Bonus and equity may apply.
