Job Title: Junior Investment Manager & Business Assistant to Chairman
Position Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Base: 100k-150k + bonus
Job Description:
We are looking for a hands‑on, curious, and outgoing Investment Manager & Business Assistant to Chairman.
Key Responsibilities1. External Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a key contact point between the Chairman and external stakeholders, including general partners (GPs), property owners, and financial institutions.
- Coordinate and follow up on investment‑related meetings, communications, and document exchanges.
2. Investment Support & Analysis
- Participate in investment evaluation, due diligence, and reporting processes.
- Prepare analysis materials, presentations, and reports to support investment decisions.
- Work closely with the internal investment team.
3. Administrative & Operational Support
- Support scheduling, business travel, and ad‑hoc project coordination for the Chairman as needed.
- Ensure timely execution of action items and maintain confidentiality in all sensitive matters.
- Provide on‑site operational and logistical support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Law, or Business Administration.
- 2–3+ years of relevant working experience in real estate investment, private equity, finance, or related sectors.
- Strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and ability to work under dynamic schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism when interacting with high‑level stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with investment or financial analysis tools.
