As part of the Deals team, you will engage in M&A and divestitures, including pre‑deal HR due diligence, integration, and separation planning and execution. You will analyze complex problems, mentor others, build client relationships, and develop a deep understanding of the business context.

• Assist executive clients with strategic business decisions
• Analyze complex challenges and offer innovative solutions
• Utilize Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
• Manage time effectively amid multiple priorities
• Guide and support junior team members in their development
• Uphold exemplary standards of professionalism and quality

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience

• Master of Business Administration in Human Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred
• Communicating technical matters clearly
• Building relationships with peers and clients
• Managing junior team members and mentoring others
  
  Understanding mergers and acquisitions
• Implementing project management in integrations

Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
