Facilities Dispatcher (Onsite)
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Facilities Dispatcher to support emergency and non-emergency operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor or Shift Commander, this role coordinates Facilities and Security personnel, manages incoming calls, monitors dispatch systems, and ensures accurate documentation of incidents and work orders.
Job DetailsLocation: Onsite (Palo Alto , CA )
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $22.05 – $23.12 per hour
- Answer and triage emergency and non-emergency calls
- Dispatch Facilities and/or Security personnel based on priority
- Monitor radio traffic and personnel status to ensure safety
- Create, update, and track work orders using EAMS
- Accurately document incident details and communications
- Coordinate with supervisors and responders during operations
- Prepare reports and brief incoming shifts
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4–6 years of related dispatch, operations, or coordination experience
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with dispatch systems and computer software
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Fast-paced healthcare setting
- No routine exposure to blood borne pathogens
Pay Details: $22.05 to $23.12 per hour
