Overview

- Provide administrative support for the Department of Neurology, including calendaring, meeting scheduling, and processing reimbursements.
- Assist with travel bookings and related arrangements.
- Serve as the administrative contact for Dr. Katrin Andreasson, Dr. Yanmin Yang, and Dr. Marion Buckwalter.
- Demonstrated ability to provide support for calendaring and scheduling meetings.
- Experience handling financial transactions.
- Ability to book travel.
- Oracle Financials experience desired.
- Demonstrated ability to provide support for calendaring and scheduling meetings.
- Experience taking care of financial transactions.
- Experience booking travel.
