Our client, a private investment firm with an impressive portfolio, seeks a stellar Travel Executive Assistant to support one of the firm's partners in Palo Alto. This role will involve expert coordination of all domestic & international travel, and management of the executive's complex calendar, in addition to overseeing special projects and working collaboratively with other team members. The ideal candidate will bring a polished & professional demeanor, keen attention to detail, and top-tier organizational skills to the role.
Previous administrative support experience in private equity, investment banking, and/or venture capital highly preferred.

THE NITTY GRITTY:- Arrange ever-changing international & domestic travel and prepare itineraries
- Expertly manage executive's complex & high-volume calendar, coordinate meetings, and confirm appointments
- Manage incoming communications with a strong sense of urgency, discretion, and tactfulness
- Update internal CRM system in a timely manner
- Assist with the planning & execution of firm events
- Collaborate cohesively with members of the administrative support team and other departments
- Act as backup for other administrative team members when needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks & projects, as needed
- 5+ years of administrative support experience
- Experience arranging complex international & domestic corporate travel required, private aviation experience a plus
- Experience working in financial services and/or consulting strongly preferred
- Flexible to work outside traditional business hours when needed
- Polished and professional communication style
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Superior level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Base salary: $125,000/yr - $150,000/yr + bonus + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
