Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established group of hospitals providing full-service care to family pets. You will work with a caseload that spans wellness, internal medicine, surgery, and urgent presentations, all supported by a strong clinical infrastructure and experienced nursing team.
Qualifications Needed:
- DVM or equivalent with eligibility for veterinary licensure in the state
- Comfort managing common small animal conditions, with support available for more complex cases
- Interest in developing surgical, dental, or other clinical skills through structured mentorship
- Ability to communicate treatment options and expectations clearly and compassionately to owners
- Enthusiasm for working within a multi-site team that values cooperation and shared standards of care
- Tailored mentorship program available for early-career veterinarians seeking additional support
