Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and distribution, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, shipping, and overall facility organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Support efficient daily warehouse and integration operations at the Palmetto, FL facility

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

+ Perform inventory and cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report variances

+ Complete paperwork, shipping labels, and data entry accurately across software platforms

+ Pick, pack, provision, and ship equipment to meet customer demand

** What's Needed?*
* + 2+ years of front-line warehouse experience in manufacturing or distribution

+ Strong analytical and math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

+ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel up to 15% for client installations

+ Effective communication and cross-team collaboration skills
