Opportunity
We seek a strategic, data-driven CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to develop, implement, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation systems. This role will enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and retention by aligning marketing strategies with our mission through personalized, data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure marketing efforts are efficiently executed, measurable, and aligned with the company's goals, supporting our purpose of delivering transformational events and educational content.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems like Salesforce and Hub Spot, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and CRM integrations.
- Proficiency in managing data flow and API connections between platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about leveraging technology for customer engagement.
- Creative, strategic problem-solver with an innovative mindset.
