We are looking for a Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Palmer, MA. The role involves accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and participating in regular warehouse cleaning and maintenance. Salary is $23 per hour.
Responsibilities- Selecting products from the warehouse according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Pick and stage product orders using pick sheets.
- Preparing selected items for repack by packing them securely and labeling them correctly.
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, removing trash, organizing pallets, etc.).
- Comply with company safety standards and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Stay until the work is fully completed; shift ends when the work is done.
- Delivering and/or unloading products to customer locations on designated routes.
- Handle and move the product when delivering.
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery.
- Prior work as a delivery driver of at least a 24‑foot commercial box truck.
- Bilingual English and Spanish, preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, minimum of Class
D. - Acceptable driving record as defined by our insurance policy, with no major violations.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Time management; ability to handle multiple demands and work to meet deadlines.
- Dependability; exhibit a reliable and consistent work ethic.
- Punctuality; arrive on time for work and dispatch at required time.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible and to adapt to quickly changing conditions.
