Position Overview
PALMER Machine/Production Operator Sanderson Mac Leod is looking for ambitious, reliable, and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Machine and Production Operators who are passionate about using their skills to change the world by producing twisted wire brushes that supply essential industries worldwide. We use the most up-to-date technology and progressive processes in manufacturing (ranging from manual to fully automatic) to provide our clients with innovative products.
An ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, values their contribution to a team, and is intrinsically motivated to exceed set targets. You will succeed in this role if you have a desire to take control of your income through hard work and dedication. Through our OPTIM program, you have ownership over your paycheck by maintaining attendance, following policies and procedures, and committing to flexible overtime – effective week 1!
1st Shift Standard Hours (7:00 m.
- 3:30 p.m.)
- move around the production floor, sit or stand for an entire shift based on production orders, and communicate effectively with other employees.
- wear safety glasses and hearing protection during the shift.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
