We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks.

- Supervise employees and ensure they perform all duties implemented by management.
- Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
- Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
- Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
- Responsible for all cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
- Replenish products to ensure in‑stock conditions.
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
- You work from your heart, genuinely love to take care of guests, and take pride in your work.
- You demonstrate a guest-first mentality and provide pleasant greetings and farewells to guests.
- You are confident, make eye contact, and build relationships with guests and associates.
- You are trustworthy, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational skills.
- You use problem-solving skills to defuse issues and are a proven self-starter who can make decisions.
- You can direct others and prioritize tasks.
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be efficient and organized.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the position.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
- Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outside, etc.).
- High School Diploma or GED
