Job Title: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

• Night Shift
• Variable Nights
• 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily resident care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active LPN license (Alaska license preferred or compact/ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of recent LTC or Skilled Nursing experience
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour schedules
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
