This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment & HR Support Specialist, located in Palmer, AK. The Recruitment & HR Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews. The role also involves supporting recruitment initiatives and onboarding new hires and assisting in employee training. Collaboration with the HR team and ensuring compliance with company policies is also a key part of this position.
The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records and provide excellent communication to both potential candidates and employees.
- Experience in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting processes
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively and maintain positive relationships with candidates and team members
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team in an on-site setting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and general HR protocols is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Customer service mindset and commitment to supporting the organization’s mission
