Compensation Pay Range
$16.90 – $24.90.
Actual hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions- Follow and promote all company customer pathogens and service programs, including Hi‑5, Lowmad Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.
- Promptly greet retail/walk‑in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
- Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
- Completeாகformed company training relevant to the position.
- Provide excellent phone service by answering calls, looking up parts & quote prices, recommending premium and related items, and offering the Low‑Price Guarantee.
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer, accepting cash/checks, making change, and processing credit card transactions.
- Process exchanges and returns for credit friendly in accordance with company policies.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
- Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates, freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.
- Perform operational tasks such as preparing new, core, and warranty merchandise returns for shipping, assisting with monthly stock adjustments, and inventory cycle counts.
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training is completed and company requirements are met.

- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate (driving record must meet company mandated driving eligibility).

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Ability to multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
- ASE certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages;
Spanish highly desired.
