Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.
  
  Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members; provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Support checkout and member transactions as needed, including processing member purchases and assisting with payments according to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with transporting items, locating and organizing merchandise, and ensuring availability of carts/flatbeds.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follow safety procedures and report unsafe situations.

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by notifying members when pickup times are delayed or when products are unavailable; offer alternatives when needed and ensure items are packaged according to policies.
• Promote the company’s products and services; assist members with purchasing decisions; assist with navigating the club and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
• Coordinate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; communicate progress and information; adapt to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and, in some cases, premiums as allowed by policy.
