• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience
• Provide information on Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering)
• Assist with returns following store policies and involve Leaders when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Adhere to safety policies, report hazards, and support a culture of ethical conduct
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while complying with laws
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs

• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Accurately handle checkout operations and related transactions
• Lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule with reliable attendance
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and conditions as required
