The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves customer interaction and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include:

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces, adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent movement, including standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Effective communication skills.
