Base pay range: $17.16/hr - $20.60/hr

• Ensure floral displays and shelving are well stocked, clean, organized, and presentable.
• Cull and rotate product to maintain freshness and quality control.
• Offer assistance to customers to meet departmental goals and objectives.

• Expose a responsible, professional, and positive attitude towards the job.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Provide proof of employment eligibility in the United States.
• Handle various fruits, vegetables, and plant items without allergic complications.
• Work in refrigerated coolers and humid environments for short periods.
• Learn all types of floral products.
• Care for floral products appropriately.
• Use tools and equipment employed in the department.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced, crowded environment with a sense of urgency.
• Basic understanding of the English language.

Prior Floral Experience Preferred But Not Required.
