Registered Nurse - FLOAT POOL Evening

Position Description

Provides and monitors safe, cost-effective patient care in accordance with RN scope of practice and adherence to the organization’s nursing policy and procedures. Utilizes infection control and aseptic techniques. Floats to assigned areas as requested.

• Two (2) years of RN experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing program. A.A., Diploma, B.S.N. preferred.
• Written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational and computer skills.
• Current California RN License, current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals (AHA BLS Healthcare), Current ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and IV experience required.
