• Leading an advanced manufacturing team in a dynamic and high-stakes environment.
• Overseeing the fabrication of complex composite parts and assemblies.

• Experience Leading in Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Production Operations Environment at a Lead to Supervisor level.
• Leadership qualities related to personal and interpersonal skills, effective communications, presentation skills, decision making, and organization.
• Ability to manage projects (products build, budgets, schedule, and/or risk and opportunity).
• Experience working within the Aerospace industry.
• Experience working with a Represented/Union workforce.

• An LM leader at this level typically has 3-5 years of lead/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Previous developmental production experience.
• CAM training and/or Certification.
• Experience leading & implementing continuous improvement activities.
• Experience in the manufacture of advanced composites, structures, systems, and coatings.
• Previous experience with lean manufacturing, corrective action and process improvements.
• Working knowledge of one or more organizations including:
  Operations, Production Engineering Planning, Production Control, MRP, Quality or Systems Integration.

This position is full‑time onsite in Palmdale, CA, and requires a weekday shift. Must be a US Citizen. The position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position (excluding most major metropolitan areas) is $77,700 – $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. This position is incentive plan eligible.
