Sign‑on bonus: $750 after 90 days of continued employment

• Assist in day‑to‑day operations, including site upkeep and guest service.
• Train and coach team members on internal and external programs, building customer loyalty through membership sales.
• Provide daily direction, ensuring safety and compliance with all procedures.
• Manage site staff, maintain a clean, safe and efficient environment.
• Support the Site Manager by handling daily paperwork and open/close activities.
• Lead by example, offering strong, positive, proactive leadership and feedback.
• Perform site cleaning (tunnel equipment, floor, walls, vacuums, etc.) and maintain high standards of personal appearance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits.
• Greet guests, sell monthly unlimited wash memberships and single wash packages.
• Verify that all vehicles are loaded safely onto the conveyor and cleaned according to company guidelines.

• High customer‑care focus and ability to adapt in a high‑volume retail setting.
• Initiative, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Flexible schedule, able to work varied hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate leadership skills: verbal communication, motivation, training and setting clear expectations.
• English literacy and operational communication with management and coworkers.

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Extended periods of standing or walking.
• Flexible hours, night and day, weekends and holidays.

• Outdoor work with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment and cleaning solvents.
• Constant temperature fluctuations, noise and vibration exposure.
