Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Maintain payroll systems, reporting processes, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to optimize payroll workflows and support organizational initiatives.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to payroll inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll experience
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
