Respiratory Therapist; RRT Per Diem

Palmdale Regional Medical Center is a 184‑bed acute care hospital located in Palmdale, CA.

Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Director of Respiratory Therapy, and Respiratory Supervisors (or designated charge person). A Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing skilled respiratory care and diagnostics tailored to individual patient needs, following all policies and procedures.

• 1 year full‑time or 3 years part‑time experience in an acute care setting.
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
• BLS and ACLS (current on hire).
• Current state nursing license.
• PALS or NRP (current or obtained within 90 days of employment) in the required specialty.
• CPI certification required within 30 days of hire.
