Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing, and administering of physical therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.

• One (1) year experience as a physical therapist in an acute care facility preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree and certification in physical therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapist License or Physical Therapist License – Applicant (California).
• If California PT License Applicant (PTLA) Letter recipient: licensing exam must be passed within 120 days from letter date.
• BLS (CPR) certification.
