Associate Mental health Clinician; Spanish-speaking

Your Role:
Help support the Family Well Being Division by diving into fun responsibilities like:

• General Classroom Observations, Consultation, & Coaching (40%)
• Individualized Child and Family Centered Observations and Consultation (30%)
• Staff Training (10%)
• Other tasks to keep things lively (20%)

What You Need:

• Education:Master’s in psychology, social work, child development, or a related field.
• Experience:At least 2 years in daycare, classrooms, or mental health settings, plus working with kids aged birth to five.
• Skills:Knowledge of trauma-informed care, teaching methods, and behavior intervention.
• Certifications:Current CA license or license-eligible (AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LCSW), First Aid & CPR certification.
• Language:Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Team player with great communication skills.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with co-workers, families, and the community.

Other Details:

• Full-time, M-F, with occasional early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Mixture of office and community work.

Requirements:

• Background checks (fingerprinting, health clearances, etc.) are a must.
