We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Clinical Psychologist for our Palmdale site. This position is primarily responsible for delivering mental health treatment services to children and adolescents within designated programs. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team - including psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals
-this role collaborates to provide holistic, person-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and testing as assigned, providing feedback to the multidisciplinary team to inform treatment decisions.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions to an assigned caseload.
- Provide a broad spectrum of treatment services, including intakes, assessments, ongoing treatment planning, and discharge planning.
- Offer field-based services as needed, which may involve meeting clients at their homes or other community locations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, regularly monitoring and evaluating client progress.
- Be available to manage client crises and symptoms, including during non-business hours, and participate in agency-wide on-call rotations.
- Engage caregivers in the treatment process through collateral sessions, family therapy, parent education programs, and family support groups.
- Meet performance expectations for billable hours as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Complete all required documentation in compliance with Agency policies, HIPAA guidelines, and funder standards within established timelines.
- Participate in supervision, meetings, and training sessions related to position responsibilities, including evidence-based practices, booster sessions, and consultations as assigned.
- Hours:
Full-time (40 hours), Monday – Friday, 2 evenings per week until 8:00pm are required. - This position is fully onsite for the first four months. Potential for hybrid work options based on performance.
