You will be the Systems Engineer Stf for the ADP Technical Team which is responsible for delivering advanced system engineering solutions to our customers. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer Stf you will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear requirements and technical deliverables while driving cross-functional collaboration and anomaly investigation. Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and author requirements and supporting documentation aligned with customer needs.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
* Investigate and resolve technical anomalies that impact schedule or performance.
* Apply system-engineering principles to meet milestones, manage risk, and validate solutions.
* Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to keep projects on target. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline or non-technical degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

• Experience integrating and testing hardware and/or software
Desired

Skills:

• Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) System integration lab.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile team environment

• Experience with tracking tools (JIRA, Git Lab, Git Hub, etc)

• Eggplant, Cucumber or other system test automation tooling

• Experience with Omniview and Mission Planning conops

• Ability to develop and communicate long term hardware integration strategies

• Experience developing BOEs to support proposals

• Technical leadership experience of small teams

• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics

• Security+ Certification

• TS/SCI Clearance will be required for this role (Secret to start with Investigation in last 6 years)
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
