You will be the Systems Engineer Sr for the ADP Technical Team which is responsible for delivering advanced system engineering solutions to our customers. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer Sr you will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear requirements and technical deliverables while driving cross-functional collaboration and anomaly investigation. Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and author requirements and supporting documentation aligned with customer needs.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
* Investigate and resolve technical anomalies that impact schedule or performance.
* Apply system-engineering principles to meet milestones, manage risk, and validate solutions.
* Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to keep projects on target. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline, or 7+ years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
