• Lead integration and design oversight for weapon systems including AGM-158 XR (JASSM/LRASM) AGM-183 (ARRW) NXGB/Razor and other platforms.
• Manage preliminary and critical design efforts (PDR/CDR reporting) across multiple portfolios.
• Conduct cross-discipline trade studies (CAIV affordability producibility).
• Oversee drawing release CCB support change management and production coordination.
• Provide technical coordination with suppliers and manage MRB and FRB activities.
• Track SOW scope and support program planning and proposal development (cost schedule BoE).
• Integrate multiple disciplines: aerodynamics (hypersonic) high-temp materials (C-C TZM Rene) CATIA V5 CAD structural analysis propulsion (rocket & air-breathing) thermodynamics electronics/controls and actuation systems.
• Experience with ARRW glide body design and MRB authority required.
• Familiarity with air-breathing hypersonic and boost-glider platforms.
• Prepare and present technical and administrative materials to internal teams customers and suppliers.
• Support cross-discipline technical teams at IPT lead level.

• Active secret clearance
• Bachelors degree in Aerospace Mechanical or related Engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 10 years recent experience with CATIA V5
• Minimum 10 years experience with metallic and composite structures
• Integrate multiple disciplines including:
  • Aerodynamics including hypersonic
  • Materials and processes including high-temperature materials (C-C) and metallics (TZM Rene)
  • Structural analysis and propulsion (rocket and air-breathing systems)
  • Thermodynamics electronics/controls and actuation systems
  • Computer-aided design using CATIA V5
• ARRW glide body design experience including unique production aspects and MRB authority
• Extensive hypersonic systems experience to support ARRW program
• Familiarity with weapon system types: air-breathing hypersonic and boost-glider platforms
• Experience generating and presenting technical and administrative materials to customers suppliers and internal teams
• Experience supporting BA capture activities program planning and proposal development (cost estimation schedule development BoE generation)
• Experience supporting cross-discipline technical teams at the IPT lead level
• Strong experience in weapon system integration and design.
• Expertise in cross-discipline collaboration and leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
• Experience supporting program capture planning and proposal activities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
