Lockheed Martin is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer - Integrator to support Advanced Development Programs (ADP). This role ensures successful supplier engagement throughout the product lifecycle and leads the receiving inspection team.

As the Supplier Quality Engineer - Integrator, you will apply advanced quality engineering principles to all aspects of the supplier’s work with Lockheed Martin.

• Ensure the success of all suppliers by promoting the SPM organization’s involvement and collaborating with other departments.
• Perform technical evaluations, including contract reviews, supplier capability and capacity assessments, and manufacturing risk assessments.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to complete complex process improvement activities and engage in product failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop strategies, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, efficacy, ease of use, and sustainability of supplier success.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, customers, and others on quality‑related issues to promote a sustainable quality culture.

• Experience with APQP and PPAP.
• Assertive, outgoing, and well‑spoken, able to engage individuals and groups energetically and lead projects, investigations, and culture‑change activities.
• Self‑starter capable of initiating and working on initiatives independently and confidently.
• Experience in determinant assembly and model‑based engineering.
• Extensive technical knowledge of airframe, vehicle, and/or mission systems design, manufacturing, and/or sustainment.
• Metrics and process‑control analysis and improvement techniques.
• Experience developing metrics and using statistics for process control and improvement.
• Certified Greenbelt, Blackbelt, or ASQ Quality Engineer.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional engagements.
• Experience giving executive‑level briefings.
• Experience using change‑management methodologies to promote organizational culture change.
• A Secret/Top Secret clearance to support ADP programs (as applicable).
