Basic Qualifications
- Must hold a Final DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years prior to start.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Experience operating in SAP, Shop Floor Manager, parts tracking, kit management, and Microsoft Office Access Databases.
- Experience in the use and/or interpretation of technical orders and engineering drawings.
You will be a Systems Engineer - Level 3.
What You Will Be Doing- Leading the development of TCTO projects from design change through delivery of TCTO kits.
- Serve as the focal point to direct all TCTO activities.
- Provide oversight and direction; identify and communicate cost, schedule, technical risks; and communicate issues within the scope of the funded project that require cost, schedule and technical relief.
- Familiar with aircraft modifications and Time Compliance Technical Orders and modification kits.
- Provide advice on the establishment of maintenance, inspection and training programs designed to improve the quality of maintenance, recommending changes as applicable.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams from Production Operations, SCM, Engineering, Flight Test, Finance, Business Management, Contracts, Scheduling, Contractor Field Service Representatives, Project/Program Managers, and Configuration Management.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on sustainment improvements and cost-reduction initiatives for the U-2 fleet.
- Prior experience with supply, manufacturing, and/or procurement.

Desired skills- Understanding of LM processes & procedures
- Demonstrated use and understanding of Project Management and/or technical skills to lead and conduct analysis of complex sustainment/engineering/supply chain issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet program or project schedule milestones.
- Successful candidate will have proven logistics experience, Sustainment processes and Aircraft Modification Procedures
- Previous experience with U-2 aircraft platform preferred not required.
- Familiarity with Sustainment Processes and Aircraft Modification Procedures.
- Work and communicate well in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer support experience
Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
