RDA Job in Palmdale, CA – Full-Time, Community Clinic Role – $23–$28/hr + Benefits
Requirements to Apply- Bilingual:
Spanish/English required - High School diploma or GED
- Valid Dental Assistant Certification or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
- Coronal Polishing, X-Ray, BLS/CPR (through AHA), and Pit & Fissure Sealants (within 60 days of hire if not already held)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical dental setting
- Comfortable working with underserved and vulnerable populations
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our mission-driven community clinic in Palmdale, CA. In this role, you’ll assist dentists with direct patient care, sterilization, preparation, and instrument management. Responsibilities include chairside assistance, radiographs, equipment maintenance, and supporting efficient patient flow. You may also contribute to front-office functions such as scheduling, verifying insurance, and managing check-in/check-out.
This position requires adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a team-oriented approach to support patients in both clinic and mobile oral health programs.
ScheduleFull-time, Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM in Palmdale
1 Saturday per month in Lancaster (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with a weekday off in exchange
