What You’ll Do
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Prepare, review, and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports for insights that support management decisions.
Oversee general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to resolve accounting issues and improve financial systems.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and assist with audit preparations.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
Several years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including supervisory or lead duties.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaborative team mindset.
