** Job Summary
** We are looking for a
** Competitiveness Analyst
** to strengthen our global competitive insights capabilities. This role blends advanced analytics, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration to help the company understand market dynamics, competitor behavior, and commercial opportunities.

You will influence key decisions by delivering clear, actionable intelligence and by continuously improving the analytical tools, frameworks, and processes that support our competitiveness. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate competitive insights into commercial strategy, pricing, and operational decision‑making.##
** Responsibilities
* ** Analyze pricing, availability, and competitor behavior to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Deliver regular and ad‑hoc competitive intelligence reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
* Maintain a strong and current understanding of destinations, market dynamics, and major competitors to contextualize insights.
* Identify emerging business opportunities that can enhance competitiveness, margin, and market growth.
* Partner with Sourcing, Sales, Pricing, and Data teams to integrate relevant business variables into competitive insights.
* Communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences, from operational teams to senior stakeholders.
* Act as a strategic advisor by supporting commercial teams with data‑driven insights that inform decision‑making.
* Collaborate with Data/BI teams to develop and refine dashboards and analytical tools that enhance visibility of competitive performance.
* Build internal dashboards to detect and understand significant business drivers.
* Leverage AI-based tools and techniques to identify competitiveness drivers and proactively detect potential issues.
* Train stakeholders and teams on interpreting and using competitive intelligence outputs.
* Act as the main communication point of the Competitive Intelligence team for key business users.
* Promote adoption of competitive insights across the organization through structured enablement and communication.## ##
