$65,000 - $120,000+ per year
(Base + performance bonuses + equipment & job completion incentives)

As a Plumbing Installer, you'll work alongside our elite service and sales techs to deliver flawless installations for water heaters, filtration systems, re-pipes, and fixture upgrades. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and wants to grow within a trusted, high-integrity company.

What You'll Do:

• Complete assigned residential plumbing installations (water heaters, filtration, re-pipes, fixtures, toilets, disposals)
• Work closely with service and sales techs to prepare for each install
• Ensure installs meet local code, brand standards, and company craftsmanship expectations
• Communicate with clients when needed and represent the team professionally
• Maintain clear job documentation through Service Titan (tablet provided)
• Keep work spaces safe, clean, and organized from start to finish

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of plumbing installation experience (residential preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of water heater installs, piping, and fixture replacement
• Familiarity with California plumbing codes
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team
• Valid driver's license + clean record
• Neat appearance and respect for client homes
• Pride in your work and a desire to build a future here

• Monday to Friday
• Optional Saturdays and Sundays (based on project schedule)
