Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical facility disturbances, access concerns, and/or fire and life emergency alarms;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and perimeter, including parking areas, entrances, waiting areas, and common corridors;
Monitor access points and help to control entry by observing authorized access practices, providing directions, and reporting suspicious activity per site procedures;
Complete security-related reports and documentation for incidents, patrol findings, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
