Role

In your role as a Business Development Manager for Caesarstone, your responsibilities will center around driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with key customers. You should demonstrate a keen interest in boosting sales, a personal drive for success, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong focus on achieving goals.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Understand each customer’s needs, preferences, and project requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Maintain an open line of communication with your Manager, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
  • CRM & Reporting: Regularly utilize and leverage CRM for customer tracking, maintaining, analyzing, and managing customer requirements.
  • Relationship Development: Maintain and grow relationships with customers and network to increase market share through regular visits and product knowledge sessions.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive customer / sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage projects in the pipeline through quality checks and follow-up.
  • Merchandise & Materials: Monitor and manage merchandising materials and samples for assigned customers to support the brand and product in your market.
  • Business Development: Prospect, identify, and pursue new sales opportunities in the premium counter top market. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Align strategies with company goals.
  • Account Relationships: Cultivate relationships with customers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Order Fulfillment and Operations to ensure high levels of customer service and mitigate obstacles.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert on the premium counter top product range and articulate its value propositions persuasively.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet targets.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Knowledge & Events: Develop and maintain product/industry knowledge (e.g., industry events, trade shows).
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and present performance metrics. Analyze data to drive improvements for growth-focused accounts.
  • Other duties: May be assigned.
Working Conditions
  • The role involves extensive local travel to engage with existing and potential customers.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including occasional weekends and overnight trips for meetings or events.
  • Exposure to diverse weather during travel.
  • Proficiency with desktop computers and peripherals; manual dexterity required.
  • Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs may be required.

The base salary for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, team equity, and experience.
