Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr.

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start‑ups, required cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. Responsible for opening the back door of the store for deliveries.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members.
• Assist with and coach other team members in warehouse and vendor ordering processes.
• Hold store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Register all related sales on the assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price modifications, and voids.
• Assist manager or assistant store manager in reviewing order exceptions on release day and in reverse logistics.
• Assist manager or assistant store manager in evaluating and developing displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts for all departments, the stockroom, and overstock locations.
• Assist with ensuring the Outdate program is followed with team members.
• Perform basic department pricing and daily price changes; ensure proper signage is displayed to support accurate pricing.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash reports, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payments.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition.
• Separate food items appropriately and assist with stock rotation and restock outs.
• Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
• Assist at the Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Conduct bag checks of team members before leaving the store.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager.
• Serve as liaison between management and non‑management team members, communicating tasks when management is not present.
• Report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• Consideration of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
