Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California. This position offers the opportunity to provide advanced critical care in a respected hospital environment while expanding your professional expertise.

• Facility: Tenet Healthcare / Desert Regional Medical Center – ICU (Medical/Surgical/Cardiac)
• Location: Palm Springs, California
• Start Date: December 22, 2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 19:00 – 07:30 (12-hour night shifts)
• Hours: Standard contract, 36 hours per week

• Deliver critical care to patients with complex medical, surgical, and cardiac conditions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• 2 years of ICU experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Travel nursing experience in ICU or critical care units.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS and CCRN.
• Adaptability to diverse patient populations and clinical environments.
