Dermatology Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Palm Springs

A thriving dermatology practice with several locations in/near Palm Springs, Temecula, and Victorville, is looking to add an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to its growing team. This position is ideal for an NP or PA with a background in dermatology who is seeking a stable, long-term role in a collaborative and patient-centered practice. Spanish speaking is a plus!

The Dermatology Nurse Practitioner will deliver high-quality medical dermatology care and manage an established patient panel. The NP or PA will work closely with board-certified dermatologists while maintaining a high level of clinical autonomy.

• Conduct comprehensive skin evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic dermatologic conditions.
• Perform in-office procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and lesion removals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on skin health, prevention, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Competitive base salary starting at $150,000, negotiable based on experience.
