As a Public Areas Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel.  This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction and must be able to push and pull a moderate weight. Additional duties may include but are not limited to:

+ Assist with guest request calls

+ Maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel and back of house area and assist with receiving of housekeeping amenities

+ Maintain the cleanliness of the grounds/public areas/bathrooms

** This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is 19.50.
** This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individua hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

** Qualifications*
* · Must be at least 18 years of age

· Previous experience working at a hotel/resort preferred

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

· Refined verbal communication skills.

· Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
