As a Front Office Host, you are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Thompson as a Front Office Host.

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $22.00. This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required by California law to handle alcoholic beverages)
• Previous experience working at a hotel/resort preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
