As a Pool Food Runner, your duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the main pool and the Upper Stories pool guests

• Ensuring orders are complete with utensil and condiments

• Clearing dirty dishes, glassware, and trash

• Assisting the servers and bartenders

• Helping maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role . The budgeted rate for this role is $16.90 . This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

Qualifications - External

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to exceed guest expectations
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to push and pull heavy objects.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Able to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to work outdoors and in the sun.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Food Service Experience preferred.
• California Food Handlers Certification required.
